Criminal Proceedings (Search Fees) Regulations 1997: revoked, on 20 November 2009, by regulation 7 of the Criminal Proceedings (Search Fees) Regulations 2009 (SR 2009/317).

Pursuant to section 212(2)(b) of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957, and section 410(2)(b) of the Crimes Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
