District Courts Fees Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2001: revoked, on 20 November 2009, pursuant to regulation 12(1) of the District Courts Fees Regulations 2009 (SR 2009/318).

Pursuant to section 123 of the District Courts Act 1947, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title

These regulations are the District Courts Fees Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2001.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 28 September 2001.

3 Commencement of District Courts Fees Regulations 2001

Regulation 2 of the District Courts Fees Regulations 2001 is amended by omitting the expression “1 October”, and substituting the expression “15 October”.

4 Revocation

The District Courts Fees Amendment Regulations 2001 (SR 2001/169) are consequentially revoked.
